Said runs the consulting practice. His background is risk management, data analytics, AI and machine learning, and the messy business of getting new technology adopted inside organisations that already have systems they like.
Before AfroPavo he led technology integration projects and business analysis at Deloitte and Irving Oil, which is where most of his instinct for what goes wrong during implementation comes from.
On engagements he covers risk and compliance, analytics that produce a decision rather than a deck, machine learning in production, and the change management that decides whether any of it survives the first quarter.
